I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for Spring. Where I live, we are really lucky to have avoided any snow and ice. Isn’t that amazing? And, today it’s in the mid-50s and sunny. Huuuum, so nice. Perfect weather for a game of tennis followed by a delicious dinner with an easy No-Bake Trifle for dessert.
A little earlier this week, I made this delish dish, shot the photos, and wrote up the directions. The fun part is that the recipe is now posted over on my friend’s blog at The Everyday Home. Ordinarily, blogging isn’t a team sport, but once in a while, we share ideas and posts.
