Happy July 4th Friends,

Hope you have a happy and safe weekend.

Meanwhile, for friends who are following for the furniture features, please take heart. The refinishing will get underway again in July. It’s just been too hot and humid to work in the garage the last few weeks.

But July will focus on refinishing outdoor pieces. A couple of indoor pieces using a chalk-type paint are already scheduled for August. And beginning in September, my first pieces as a paint ambassador for a milk paint company will post.

For those who also enjoy the DIY and crafts, we got’cha covered. Coming up this Tuesday is a post that explains how to make an indoor/outdoor floor cloth. It’s seriously super easy. Here’s a little sneak peek.

But for today, I want you to meet some of the other ambassadors for the milk paint company.  Lucky for us, they are also GREAT cooks.  So while the furniture projects are being completed, please enjoy some of these yummy and super easy recipes.  Oh….and there’s a couple of sweet little crafts in there, too…..July 4th mason jars…. Yea. These ladies are seriously talented.

Happy 4th……and enjoy.
