This week, I spent a few days with my mom at her assisted living apartment. Back in the day, she kept big flower beds blooming from Spring until frost. On one of our little outings, we visited the garden center just to stroll through the flowers. She deadheaded every flower she could reach. How wonderful that the memories of flower care are still alive and well. This holiday weekend, please take time to savor the little things……for these are the truest treasures of life.
And now, please welcome the lovely Frugal Mommas….
